Orders that you submit online may begin processing immediately and if cancellation is needed, the order must be cancelled within 24 hours. If shipped, you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.
Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, items are not eligible for full refund if cancellation was not initiated. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will provide a partial refund of 80% of the purchase cost. Purchases are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will replace any lost or damaged products. However, because we carry many one of a kind pieces your jewelry and accessories may be replaced with an item of comparable value. Damaged items must be returned and proof of damage musts be provided (i.e. photo, video, screenshot). To be eligible for a refund the merchandise must be unopened, unused, and the product must not be worn or damaged in any way. Products must be returned in their original and unopened packaging and the packaging must not be altered, damaged, or marked upon in any way. Refunds or replacements must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Worn items will not be replaced or refunded.
No returns on any holistic, apothecary products, or custom products. We will kindly exchange any product that is damaged in transit. Proof of damage needs to be provided prior to reshipment of a replacement. We also offer a repair service (for a nominal fee) on any jewelry that needs to be mended. Purchaser is required to pay for the shipping of the damaged jewelry to Millenheirs.
To initiate a cancellation, refund, replacement or return, please email us at info@Millenheirs.com. We require proof of purchase to process all claims. Customer is responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returns or replacements. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
