Embodied includes hints of Frankincense and Myrrh. Both can aid on an emotional, spiritual, and physical level. Myrrh is stimulating by nature and thus should be avoided during pregnancy. Oils can also be added to a warm bath, applied to skin directly, or used in aromatherapy.
